Bio-Resonanceis a scientific healing modality that uses the power of frequency. All matter, whether living or inert, resonates at a particular electromagnetic frequency. Each of us have our own unique frequency signature.

While resonant frequencies will promote harmony and balance to our body, other frequencies including those emitted by pathogens and toxins, will create disharmony and disease. Therefore, the Devita Ap Divice eliminates those pathogens and detoxifies the body while the Devita Ritm balances and brings harmony to all organs and systems of the body as well as mind and sentimental condition.

Shiatsu is a Japanese technique of therapy that includes pressures, stretching and different eastern techniques of massaging. The sessions are carried out on a special mattress on the floor and the person wears comfortable clothes like tracksuits. It helps in balancing of the whole body and it has an holistic impact in Body, Mind and Spirit.

Holistique Rejuvenation Technique

Unique Massage of face-neck-cervus that rejuvenates, lift and nourishes the skin in depth. It gives full-body rest, relieves from stress, headaches, insomnia, migrains, cervical pain. The therapy is completed in 6 different sessions. Fascinating rejuvenation with only one session for a special look in an event and deep relaxation.

Holistic Hippocratic Therapy Massage

Hippocratic Massage is a Holistic Massage that affect body, mind and emotions. We work along the energy channels, similar to Shiatsu, of the four Hippocratic veins (meridians). Of these four main pathways, three of them travel along the myoskeletal system and one along the viscera. They are intertwined with the nervous system and have a positive effect on our thoughts, emotions and energy centres (as described by Plato in the dialogue Timaeus).

Hatha Yoga

Hatha is a general category that includes most yoga styles. It is an old system that includes the practice of asanas (yoga postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises), which help bring peace to the mind and body, preparing the body for deeper spiritual practices such as meditation.

In most cases, however, it will be relatively gentle, slow and great for beginners or students who prefer a more relaxed style where they hold poses longer.

  •  increase your flexibility
  • increase muscle tone and strength
  • improve your circulatory and cardio health
  • helps you sleep better
  • that improve your mood
  • improve athletic performance
  • reduce injuries
  • detoxify your organs
  • improve your posture
  • improves anxiety and depression
  • helps with chronic pain
  • release endorphins
  • increase your energy levels

Yin Yoga

Yin yoga is a slow-paced style in which poses are held for five minutes or longer. Even though it is passive, yin yoga can be quite challenging due to the long holds, particularly if your body is not used to it. The purpose is to apply moderate stress to the connective tissue – the tendons, fascia and ligaments – with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility.

It was founded and first taught in the U.S. in the late 1970s by martial arts expert and Taoist yoga teacher Paulie Zink. Yin-style is now begin taught across North America and in Europe, due in large part to two of the more prominent instructors, Paul Grilley and Sarah Powers.

Guided Meditation

Guided meditation is a process by which one or more participants meditate in response to the guidance provided by a trained practitioner or teacher in person. The term “guided meditation” is most commonly used in clinical practice, scholarly research, and scientific investigation to signify an aggregate of integrated techniques.

The most common and frequently used combination or synthesis comprises meditation music and receptive music therapy, guided imagery, relaxation, some form of meditative practice and mindfulness, and journaling. Hypnosis or hypnotherapeutic procedures may be included as part of an intervention. Psychotherapist Michael D. Yapko has shown the remarkable similarity between hypnotic procedures and guided meditation procedure

Sights’ Description and Highlights

DODONI Archealogical Site

The sanctuary of Dodoni was a major spiritual place in ancient Greece. It was the oldest of the Greek oracles and ancient people traveled great distances in order to consult the priests who foretold the future. Outside the temple of Zeus the priests gathered under the sacred Oak tree and listened to the sound of the leaves as they shivered in the breeze and glimpsed at the future.

People from the entire known world would make the pilgrimage in ancient times in order to consult the future-telling Oak tree and to attend cultural festivals that took place regularly at Dodoni. Nowadays, the ancient theatre still stands imposing and a Festival of Ancient Drama takes place in the summer along with a number of events. Peaceful area to walk with a lush vegetation.

VOIDOMATIS Crystal Clear River

Voidomatis River rises in Vikos gorge and follows an impressive waterway wreathed with age-long plane trees that border its bed and traditional stone bridges over the waters. Voidomatis River joins its crystal clear waters with those of Aoos River, in Konitsa’s plain. Aristi bridge is the meeting and departure point for rafting and kayak fans, near Aristi village – one of Zagorochoria (a group of traditional villages) right in the heart of the Vikos-Aoos National Park.

The 5 km route presents no particular difficulties and requires no special technical skills. You will enjoy the lovely greenery, the springs, the small cascades of water and the stone bridges. It is near Ioannina and Zagorochoria. Ideal for rafting. You will hear the final directions from the boatman who will skilfully guide the boat past the artificial waterfall. One thing is certain; by the time you reach the end you’ll wish you could start all over again!

  • Beautiful scenery en route
  • Great scenery on the spot and sounds of water
  • Views of crystal clear water
  • Rejuvenating Freshness if you dive

LISSOS Archealogical Site (ASKLEPION) – SOUGIA

An Ancient City in Western Crete which was important city dating between the 4th century BC and the 7th to 9th century AD.

In Hellenistic times, the water of Lissos considered thermal (it flows yet), and was the reason to be built here a healing temple which acquired great fame and people flocked to be cured, coming even beyond the Greek territory. The temple of Asclepius was excavated in 1957-1960 under huge rocks that had crushes, bringing to light rich discoveries of the Hellenistic Times, among them, votive offerings with inscriptions, devoted to the God of health, Asclepius. Today in Lissos, on the temple of Asklepius, the mosaic floor which was added to the Roman period (69 BC – 330 AD) is partially preserved, and around it are scattered various architectural remains of the temple. Watch a couple of videos taken at this point.

The small village of Sougia in the south-west of Crete has managed to remain unaffected by the growth of tourism in Crete. It is still a peaceful haven, with a long beach, plenty of good accommodation and excellent places to eat, all at prices below those found in most of the island. From early April to late October Sougia attracts visitors looking for a relaxing holiday away from mass-tourism. Whilst you can chose to do very little apart from lazing on the beach or enjoying the relaxed atmosphere of a few beach front cafés there are also a number of beautiful walks you can do in the region. The village has appealed to visitors from northern Europe since the early 1970s and many of the people that you will meet in Sougia have been visiting quite a few times.

The Old Venetian Port will definitely attract you to stroll leisurely back in time and enjoy the mix of Cretan, Venetian and Ottoman elements, beautiful narrow streets leading to the old city, and its wonderful architecture.
