Liveliness, enthusiasm and energy along with a great participation of people, beautiful pictures, happy faces and relaxation filled the atmosphere of Ioannina Lake Retreat which took place by the Lake of Ioannina, at 18th July 2018.

It was the ultimate delight of interaction that it was experienced both by participants and specialists. An memorable retreat with high energy and vigorous exercise. Participants worked out in pilates, hatha yoga, capoeira, and relaxed deeply with yin yoga, sound healing massage, reiki, rejuvance and guided meditation in the rythm of Gong and different balancing sound frequencies.
